Sorry, I’ve reactivated the plugin so hopefully works now! Sorry for the inconvenience.June 20, 2019 at 5:52 pm #226104
OK, the problem is still not fixed but now i have the error code and we know the cause, please get in touch with your hosting support and let them know that you are getting this error:
POST http://danconveys.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php 406 (Not Acceptable)
in dev tools when you saving any changes in the customizer, this error message is server-side error and your hosting support should be able to fix it, its related to mod security modeJune 20, 2019 at 6:42 pm #226105
Many thanks Noda. I really appreciate it. They’ve passed it onto the technical team apparently, so hopefully they’ll fix it soon!

Ohh, that’s so nice to hear 🙂
Regarding gallery plugin, please enable the link for me again and i will check it too 😉June 27, 2019 at 9:59 am #227039
I’ve reactivated the login plugin. I tried the Modular plugin and GrandWP Gallery shortcode on that infographics page and it’s not showing the gallery for some reason. Also, I had a Ninja forms shortcode on the contact page which wasn’t working – I replaced it with my email.
Many thanks for your help!

I tried shortcode on the test page and its working as you can see it here:
Problem with your page is that its not published, it’s scheduled to publish 🙂 this means changes to this page will not be published yet, just publish your page and you will see the changesJune 28, 2019 at 10:10 am #227281This reply has been marked as private.July 1, 2019 at 11:11 am #227730
Try to use normal page editor when you have nothing but only text and several shortcodes, most probably customizer builder is not allowing the use of shortcodes 🙂July 1, 2019 at 11:19 am #227731
However, when I use the normal editor it adds the ‘blog page’ header image for some reason (see attached). I would prefer it without that image and have no box for the title. Any other suggestions?July 1, 2019 at 11:47 am #227737
Create one new page with normall editor and i will help you to hide bg image and page titleJuly 1, 2019 at 11:54 am #227741
You can show me on this page that you created. Thanks!

this is a custom CSS code you need to use to hide page header:
}July 2, 2019 at 10:56 am #227851
But is there a way to keep the title of the page visible. On that page, I’ve added an extra title as it’s not showing. Is there a better way of doing that? http://danconveys.com/infographic-design/
Also, why is everything on the left of the page? Is there a way to centre the content in the page?
