You don’t need me to check this, disable firewall and then check customizer 🙂April 23, 2019 at 2:04 pm #218243
Can you not first give me the url for the page that is communicating between your theme and the customization page since that appears to be the problem, that the firewall is blocking it. It is also looking difficult to coordinate as to when to disable everything I would like to try this first.
ThanksApril 23, 2019 at 2:08 pm #218247
Also I have already tested the customization when I disabled the firewall and it worked, so therefore it looks like the firewall is blocking it so I need to give the page authorization to go past the firewall, and to do that I need the url for the page.April 23, 2019 at 4:59 pm #218281
“Can you not first give me the url for the page that is communicating between your theme and the customization page since that appears to be the problem” – From your WordPress dashboard, go to appearance > customize and copy url of the page 🙂April 25, 2019 at 10:53 pm #218677
So the hosting site whitelisted the theme directory and plugin directory and still I was not able to see anything on the customization page.
So I went back to the first step and deactivated all plugins and disabled the firewall and still was not able to see anything on the customization page, whereas before I was.
Can you take a look at this again and see if you can find where the error is.April 26, 2019 at 12:50 am #218681
The hosting site was able to whitelist the entire theme directory and the plugin directory but I was still not able to see anything when I go to customize the theme. The hosting site said maybe there was some script running or a pathway that was getting blocked.
So I went to the start again and disabled all plugins and disabled the security firewall and this time I could not see anything still when I went to customize. Previously that was the only way I could customize, when I disabled the security/firewall.
Looks like we are at the start again with more issues. Can you please look at this again and see how we can resolve this.
Thank youApril 26, 2019 at 5:08 am #218695

Well, now im sure this is not theme problem, i can’t even install any plugins from WordPress repository, you can try this too, try to install any plugin, this is not possible, problem requires deeper investigation and if you don’t have your site already designed then delete everything and start over, otherwise you have to investigate this problem furtherApril 29, 2019 at 6:01 pm #219035
I was able to install and activate a new pluginApril 30, 2019 at 6:07 am #219075

Dear this is the problem in your server, the plugin is not working it triggers this error:
Unable to connect to backend.
HTTP error 0
I’m sure the same problem is not allowing to run customizer normally
if you can please enable debugger in wp-config.php
