Is it possible to place the “Call to action” row in every page and not only in homepage?

I have the same need to have call to action button on each page in Sparkling theme. I read your answer. However, could you please clarify for me, how should I apply that child theme code?
I am very sorry for too many question, however, a bit more concrete instruction would save my website 🙂
Thank you in advance!

You have to just make sure that the Sparkling theme is installed and activated on your site then just download the attached child theme and use it on your site to make it work.
You can install the theme on your site as described on the following page.

I restyled the site and now, I would like to show the call for action row in every page, except the home page and another one.
How can I do?
I saw your functions.php but I cannot understat how to edit.

@FuoriLuogo To help us keep support thread separates could you please create new thread for your other questions here https://colorlib.com/wp/forums/forum/sparkling/ instead of asking them in your single thread as it makes the thread messy and hard to read.
If you want to you can also add reference of this thread in your newly created thread.
We would be more than happy to help you on your new thread.
